- Due to natural disasters such as a typhoon and heavy rain, we may have to close our facility in order to ensure your safety.

- Yes. Each building is equipped with a guest room onsen directly from the source and toilet.

- Room clothes are not provided and guests are asked to bring their own.

- Is it possible to have BBQs even if it’s rainy?
- There are tents in the barbecue area to shelter you from rain, and you can enjoy barbecue as is if it rains a little, but it may be difficult to eat outdoors in some weather conditions.
If you have made a reservation for a set meal, it is possible to cancel the meal free of charge upon your request.
In this case, please contact us by the morning of your stay.
No refunds will be made in the event of rain and no outdoor dining is available.

- Yes. It is totally ok to bring them by yourself.
However, it is not allowed to bring fire-causing devices such as BBQ stoves.

You can enjoy “Glamping BBQ” using luxurious ingredients representing Izu.
