What time is the check-in and check-out?

The check-in time: 3 p.m. ~ 6 p.m. The check-out time: ~ 10 a.m.
*Check-out time is 11:00 for concept 3-bed rooms only.
Is there a parking lot?

Yes. It is possible to park one car per building next to your room.
■If you come here with 2 cars or more, please use a shared parking space.
If your car is low-slung, please park under our facility.
From when does the cancellation fee cost?

The cancellation policy is as shown below.
No-show without notice: 100 % of the accommodation fee
On the day of a stay ~ 7 days before: 100 % of the accommodation fee
30 days before: 50 % of the accommodation fee
About payment

Please pay in cash or by credit card at our facility.
Cancellation in case of disaster

Due to natural disasters such as a typhoon and heavy rain, we may have to close our facility in order to ensure your safety.
In such circumstances, you will receive a full refund, and no cancellation fees will apply.
Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at the current stage.
A pet-friendly dome will be built in the second phase of construction, but pets are not allowed at this stage.

The capacity of the rooms is as shown below.
Premium 2 beds and Concept 3 beds: Up to 6 people
Suite 4 beds and Deluxe 6 beds: Up to 8 people

The number of beds is as shown below.
Premium 2 beds: 2 double beds
Suite 4 beds: 2 double beds and 2 single beds
Deluxe 6 beds: 6 single beds
Concept 3 beds: 3 double beds

Yes. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner and heater.

Do you have a bathroom and toilet?

Yes. Each building is equipped with a guest room onsen directly from the source and toilet.
Do you have loungewear?

Room clothes are not provided and guests are asked to bring their own.

Is it possible to have BBQs even if it’s rainy?

There is a covered tent in the barbecue area, so you can still enjoy BBQ even in light rain. However, depending on the weather conditions, it may be difficult to dine outdoors.

If you have reserved a meal set, you may request to cancel the meal free of charge after consultation.
In such cases, please contact us by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day before your stay

Please note that we do not offer refunds due to the inability to dine outdoors caused by bad weather.
If public transportation is suspended for an extended period, please contact us regarding cancellations.
Is it ok to bring ingredients and beverages for BBQs?

Yes. It is totally ok to bring them by yourself.
However, it is not allowed to bring fire-causing devices such as BBQ stoves.
Can I have a meal?

Yes, it is available.
You can enjoy “Glamping BBQ” using luxurious ingredients representing Izu.
